Live Room

fish

The Live Room is a Camden Box (a box in a box) with line of sight to the Control Room via a traditional two-pane observation window. Excellent isolation of live and control rooms is achieved as a result.

A large number of modular, surface-mounted absorber panels have been worked into the acoustic design of the room. By subtracting panels, the reverb characteristics of the live room can be altered from a completely dead to live acoustic.

This design feature allows total flexibility of use to suit different applications. A silent running ventilation system as well as dimmable lighting make the live room a comfortable and creatively inspiring performance space.

Control Room

The Control Room has been acoustically designed so as to achieve a live end dead end acoustic. Acoustic design features include raked ceiling, angled walls and a symmetric array of surface mounted absorber panels.

A high performance silent running ventilation system, dimmable multi-channel lighting as well as custom built console and seating, make this a very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing work-space.

The modular design of the console and the equipment layout ensure maximum flexibility of use across a wide range of audio applications.
